Invoice with approved credit or an open account. Our terms are NET 30. 50% down may be required on orders over $2000.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product you buy from Blouin Displays within 30 days, we will issue a credit, replacement, or refund if necessary. The only exception is for special orders or customized merchandise. We will make every effort to rectify your situation to make you a satisfied Blouin customer! Blouin Displays must be notified prior to returning merchandise.
Call us at 800-458-8849 within 10 days to receive a Mandatory Return Authorization Number and assist you in making the return procedure as easy as possible. It is important that you do this within 10 days. A 15% restocking charge may be applicable.
Open and inspect all packages immediately upon receipt for damages.
All damages must be reported within 3 days. Call Customer Service at 800-458-8849. Retain all original packaging if reporting a problem (damages or returns). If immediate damage is apparent, advise the shipper to contact a Blouin Representative using our toll free number, 800-458-8849.
Shipping and handling charges, determined at time of shipment, are additional and will be charged to your credit card or added to your invoice. Prices are F.O.B. point of origin, plus any applicable state or sales taxes. We ship by UPS where possible. Some items ship via freight due to size or weight.
All custom orders require electronic proofs (pdf), which are provided to the customer via email. The original proof and one round of revisions is complimentary. If further revisions are required, a charge of $29.95 per proof may incur.
Due to evolving manufacturing procedures, shipped product may slightly vary from the images shown in the catalog.
Promotions are run for the benefit of our customers and discounts are taken from our regular selling price and not applicable to combined discounts, unless otherwise noted.
